Daily Report (English Ver.)


25th November – 28th November 2019
Hello, back again in my blog and I’ll share about what happened in our last 4 days in kitchen. So saaad, after these 4 days we’ll be in 6th semester and we won’t learn in kitchen anymore. So for our final test, we have to held an event with theme “Traditional Sulawesi Cuisine with Modern Twist”.

The purpose in this event that we have to lift up traditional Sulawesi cuisine so that more people would know. We made products from all around Sulawesi. Manado, Makassar, Kendari, etc. Each of us handled one product. I handled éclair. What makes the éclair different? The filling. Éclair with pisang ijo filling.

So, from Monday to Wednesday we prepared. We helped each other so it’d finish faster. On Wednesday most of us finished our products and some of us do it on Thursday because it should serve fresh. Like kimochix, sarabba, soda gembira, markisa, etc.

Thursday, the event started. We came at 5 A.M. YES 5 freaking A.M. we already on campus to prepare. It was really a busy day. Thank God, the event went really well even though there were few obstacles. Well, I’m proud thinking that none of us is an event organizer but we can make an event that for me was great. And the event is done. Time sure flies so fast. See you guys next semester.

Halo, kembali lagi di blog saya dan saya akan berbagi tentang apa yang terjadi dalam 4 hari terakhir kami di dapur. Jadi sedih, setelah 4 hari ini kita akan berada di semester 6 dan kita tidak akan belajar di dapur lagi. Jadi untuk ujian akhir kami, kami harus mengadakan acara dengan tema “Traditional Sulawesi Cuisine with Modern Twist”.

Tujuan dalam acara ini bahwa kita harus mengangkat masakan tradisional Sulawesi sehingga lebih banyak orang akan tahu. Kami membuat produk dari seluruh Sulawesi. Manado, Makassar, Kendari, dll. Masing-masing dari kami menangani satu produk. Saya menangani éclair. Apa yang membuat éclair berbeda? Isinya. Éclair dengan rasa pisang ijo.

Jadi, dari Senin hingga Rabu kami prepare. Kami saling membantu sehingga selesai lebih cepat. Pada hari Rabu sebagian besar dari kami menyelesaikan produk kami dan beberapa dari kami melakukannya pada hari Kamis karena produknya harus fresh. Seperti kimochix, sarabba, soda gembira, markisa, dll.

Kamis, acara dimulai. Kami datang pukul 5 pagi. YA 5 PAGI kami sudah di kampus untuk mempersiapkan. Benar-benar hari yang sibuk. Syukurlah, acara berjalan dengan sangat baik meski ada beberapa kendala. Ya, saya bangga berpikir bahwa tidak seorang pun dari kami yang merupakan event organizer tetapi kami dapat membuat acara yang menurut saya hebat. Dan acara selesai. Waktu berjalan sangat cepat. Sampai jumpa semester depan.

4th – 7th November 2019
Hello people! Back again in my blog, so in this week we were busy doing our resume for our final research. And since, almost all of our title weren’t accepted yet. So, we were just busy reading books that related to our research. And after that, we may asked to Mr. Wawan to approve our title. After Mr. Wawan approval on our title, we may start our research and made the product.
