Internship IX


Hello readers, now you’re reading my blog. I’ll tell you the summary these past 2 weeks during my intern in Le Meridien Jimbaran, Bali. As usual, I got afternoon shift(s) again these past 2 weeks and I learned few new recipe(s) since we had new freezer so we could keep more cake(s) now. I learned how to make opera cake, macaroon, pandan mousse, chocolate mousse, etc.
Finished making product and since these past 2 weeks the guests weren’t much so there were just few ala carte order. 10 P.M. we went to wala for closing. 11 P.M. we went home.
