Hello! Now you’re reading my blog and i’ll share my activity in kitchen
just like usual. Today we made bakpia again. Yesterday our bakpia was okay but
not good enough because the bottom was too hard while the top was crumbly. The
bakpia Mr. Ical wants is the top and the bottom have the same texture, crumbly.
So, today we made bakpia again. But, before we started, Mr. Ical explained
a little about bakpia and puff pastry. After that, we started doing. My team
made bakpia first. While my friends made the bakpia dough, i made the filling.
The dough done, the filling done, we filled the bakpia. And heated the oven,
and baked the bakpia.
While waiting for bakpia, i prepared for puff pastry. We’d like to make
apple strudel. After finished preparing for puff pastry dough. I made the apple
strudel filling, and my friend made the puff pastry. Finished making the
filling i kept it in chiller. And then i checked the bakpia. Turned out the
bakpia was better yesterday than today, so we’ll make again tomorrow. And since
we ran out of time we’ll continue the puff pastry tomorrow. Then we started
general cleaning.
