Hello people! Back again with me, and as usual i’ll share my activity in
kitchen. Since yesterday my puff pastry; raisin scones succeed but my pia
didn’t so my team made bakpia again today.
First, we prepared the ingredients of course. Next, we mixed the
ingredients until it made two different dough. And the second dough was covered
in first dough, rolled, and fold, and roll again, filled with cheese or
chocolate or whatever you like, moulding, egg wash, and baked.
Finished baking, my team showed it to Mr. Ical and he said it was great.
Finally, after 3 days of making bakpia, it’s done today :)) And after that, we
had lunch and started general cleaning.
