Today was the day when all the
Moslem started fasting. So, for today we came to kitchen at 1 P.M. so, that the
food will be ready to eat when it’s time to break fasting at 6 P.M. When
everyone’s already at the kitchen, we started doing right away without oneline, grooming and toolbag
checking, and review. For today, we made menu rotasi II.2 or Thailand food that
group 2 have prepared yesterday. I helped my friend to make the yam makeua yo.
Yam
makeua yo is made from roasted eggplant, shrimp, and mixed together with
dressing. The dressing is made from fish sauce, chilli, shallot, lime,and
sugar.
After finished helping yam
makeua yo, I went to pastry and helped senior to make jalangkote.
A lot of my
friends were there too to helped senior. It was really delightful seeing my
friends who were fasting but still so entushiastic when doing. After finished
jalangkote it was already 4 P.M. So, we move faster so we could start general
cleaning before 6 P.M. We helped each other so it finished sooner.
After everything’s finished we
started general cleaning right away. I helped general cleaning in pastry. Finished
general cleaning we took a break while waiting until 6 P.M. Almost 6 P.M.
senior called us to went in to kitchen, and there were already “liwetan”. So,
we sat together and waited. 6 P.M. time to eat. We ate together with our bare
hands. Eating like this you can really feel the togetherness.

some of my friends went to mushola. After they came back we oneline and there
were few information from Mr. Ical. Then, we pray and we may go home.
