Actually today we didn’t have
to come, but since there were still guests from tourism ministry so we have to
come at 10 A.M. But for today we only made one dish, we made sushi for today.
Any kind of sushi, such as : temaki, California roll, nigiri, unagi nigiri,
norimaki, and gunkan. Chef Dino helped us to made the sushi.
After finished making sushi,
the dispenser in kitchen broke. So, Mr. Ical asked my friend to go buy the new
one and my friend asked for help, so 2 of my friends and I helped him and we
went to buy the new dispenser, so there were 4 of us. After buying the new
dispenser we stopped by at a stand nearby. It sells “es kepal milo”, it is a thing
now in Makassar. So, we stopped by and tried the es kepal milo. Well, it was
refreshing in such a hot day like today.
After that, we back to kitchen
and when we came they were taking a break so, we went to had lunch. Then back
in kitchen we started general cleaning. General cleaning finished. We oneline
and there were few announcement from Mr. Ical. After that we pray and we may go
home.
