As usual, today we started at
8 A.M. and also today there were still no supervisor cause the 4th
semester still busy. So, as started we oneline in cold kitchen and Chef Dino
came in and explained a little about the rotation menu II.1 or Chinese, which
are :
1.
Chinese spinach
and peanut salad
2.
Traditional
egg drop soup
3.
Beef rice
bowl
4.
Tang yuan
and Tang zhong
And then
Chef Dino explained about mini burger that we’re going to cook for tomorrow.
After explained, we started
doing.
Since today it was group 2 who handled the menu, so we who are in group
1 helped group 2. First, I helped my friend to make the blackpepper sauce for
beef rice bowl cause I’ve made it before.
After finished with sauce, I helped
my team to grate purple cassava for our project.
After that, the cassava was
roasted in oven and we keep it for later. Then, we took a break for awhile.
After break and since
everything in cold kitchen has finished, we started general cleaning in cold
kitchen. Then we oneline, there were few information from Chef Dino. Chef Dino
asked us to try how the ingredients taste one by one tomorrow morning, so we
have to come earlier tomorrow. After that, we helped senior general cleaning in
main kitchen. Finished general cleaning we ate the food that we made and after
that we took a break. At 4.30 P.M. I went to office and asked for Mr. Jaya
permission to go home earlier because I had to go to a doctor.
