Kitchen's Utensil and Equipment



1.      Countertop Freezer (equipment)
Function : to keep food chill
Material : aluminium or steel sheet metal and glass
Cleaning : clean it with wet napkin

 

2.      Cooking pot (utensil)
Function : to cook food
Material : stainless steel and inner core made of copper or aluminium
Cleaning : wash it with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water

3.      Teppan-yaki griddles (equipment)
Function : mostly to cook Japanese food like okonomiyaki, yakisoba, etc.
Material : iron
Cleaning : clean it with water and wet napkin


4.      Makiyakinabe (utensil)
Function : use to make Japanese style rolled omelets
Material : aluminium or cast iron
Cleaning : wash it with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water

Function : use to toast bread
Material : iron or stainless steel
Cleaning : clean with napkin



6.      Bamboo mat (utensil)
Function : usually use to make kind of rolled sushi or kimbap
Material : bamboo
Cleaning : wash it with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
