Kitchen's Utensil and Equipment



1.      Meat hammer (utensil)
Function: use to tenderize slabs of meat
Material: metal
Cleaning: wash liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water


2.      Hotdog grill (equipment)
Function: use to cook hotdogs or sausages
Material: stainless steel
Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin


3.      Scraper (utensil)
Function: mostly use for cooking food that are un-removable from the pan such as crepe
Material: metal
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water


4.      Ice cream showcase (equipment)
Function: to keep ice cream so it won’t melt
Material: stainless steel
Cleaning: clean with wet napkin


5.      Cone baker (equipment)
Function: to make waffle cones
Material: aluminium
Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin


6.      Pastry cutter (utensil)
Function: to cut pastry dough into shapes

Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
