Kitchen's Utensil and Equipment



1.      Pepping bags (utensil)
Function: to put cream on pastry
Material: plastic
Cleaning: use once


2.      Water boiler (equipment)
Function: to heat water
Material: made of steel or iron
Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin


3.      Proofer (equipment)
Function: for dough fermentation
Material: iron
Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin


4.      Muffin pan (utensil)
Function: to mould muffin
Material: aluminium, stainless steel, or cast iron
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water


5.      Chinese range (equipment)
Function: to cook food that use Chinese wok
Material: stainless steel
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water


6.      Candy thermometer (utensil)
Function: to measure the temperature of cooking sugar
Material: glass bulb
Cleaning: just wipe with wet napkin
