Kitchen's Utensil and Equipment



1.      Pulverizer (equipment)
Function: for grinding many different types of material
Material: stainless steel
Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin


2.      Ice cube machine (equipment)
Function: to produce ice cube
Material: metal
Cleaning: change the filter weekly and clean it with wet napkin


3.      Barbecue fork (utensil)
Function: for skewering meat or large pieces of food especially meat while it’s still hot
Material: steel
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water


4.      Meat slicer (equipment)
Function: to slice (mostly) meat but also to slice cheese
Material: stainless steel
Cleaning: clean it with wet sponge and soap


5.      Pastry blender (utensil)
Function: to cut firm shortening into a small pieces while mixing with flour mixture
Material: thin steel
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water


6.      Rice cooker (equipment)
Function: to make rice
Material: metal
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
