Kitchen's Utensil and Equipment



1.      Ingredient rack (equipment)
Function: to put ingredient
Material: stainless steel
Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin



2.      Cookie cutter (utensil)
Function: to cut cookie dough into different shape
Material: tin, stainless steel, plastic
Cleaning: clean it with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water

3.      Meat hook (utensil)
Function: to hang meat
Material: stainless steel
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water


4.      Broiler (equipment)
Function: to cook food (mostly neat) with heat from up and down in a closed container
Material: iron and stainless steel
Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin

5.      Chinese wok (utensil)
Function: to cook food in large portion
Material: carbon steel, cast iron, aluminium
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water

6.      Sheet pan (utensil)
Function: use in an oven for baking
Material: aluminium
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
