Hello guys, back again in my blog and as usual I’ll share my activity in
kitchen. So, today it was a bit different cause today we had a mid test. For
mid test today we made bread corner. Since these past weeks we’ve learned about
any kind of bakery. The product were croissant, tartlet, puff pastry, and
bakpia.
My team have prepared since yesterday, because today at 10 A.M. we
should’ve finished set up the bread corner in lounge. We came at 7 A.M. and we
heated all the bread we’ve made yesterday. After that, we brought all the
preparation to lounge right away and start set up. Finished set up, lecturers
tried our product and gave us rating. We collected the rating paper and cleared
up.
