Utensil and Equipment


1.      Meat Hammer
Function : used to tenderize or flattens meat
Materials : stainless steel, heavy metal or wood
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing



2.      Pastry Cutter
Function : to cut dough or dough sheet for pastry
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry



3.      Dough Scrapper
Function :  used to scrape and clean out dough left over or to cut dough
Materials : metal or plastic
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry after use
