Daily Report (English Ver.)


October 23rd 2019
            Today, we continued to make éclair. The éclair is not like any éclair because it was made with traditional taste, since the filling was made from black sticky rice mixed together with whip and pastry cream. And on top of the éclair we poured it with glaze. After that, we made mille crepes for tomorrow.
