Daily Report (English Ver.)


October 22nd 2019
So, today we learned how to make apang paranggi. What is apang paranggi? It’s traditional snack from south Sulawesi, it was made from fermented cassava.
While waiting for the apang, we made éclair. We’ll use éclair for tomorrow. After finished making éclair, we went to Mr. Ical’s office and show him our apang paranggi.
