Kitchen's Utensil and Equipment


1.      Sauce pan
Function :  to cook sauce
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and wipe dry before storage


2.      Rotisserie carving Knife
Function : to carve whole roasted chicken or any poultry or roasted meat
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


3.      Scimitar knife
Function : Cut meat, cooked or raw , or to fillet big fish or butcher beef
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : Wash with soap and water , and wipe dry before storage
