Today, we started at 8 A.M. as
usual. Before we got into the kitchen, supervisors checked our toolbag and our
grooming one by one. After that, we put our bag in locker and oneline in cold
kitchen. While waiting for lecturer, supervisors reviewed us one by one. Not long
after that Chef Dino came in and then he asked about yesterday’s preparation
for rotation menu II.2 (Thailand) and he asked about the chicken for “Gai Tod
Takrai” menu in main course. Then Chef Dino corrected the way we marinated the
chicken.
After Chef Dino finished
explained, group 2 started doing and group 1 continue project. While discussing
about my project, supervisor came and gave me a ticket for table manner, so at
11 A.M. I went to restaurant for table manner. In restaurant we were served a
la carte menu that were made by senior.
After table manner I went back to
kitchen and oneline in cold kitchen. Back in kitchen, we got punishment cause
there were few problems happened, so we had to eat shallots.
2 P.M. resto was opened and I was
the aboyer with my friend. Aboyer is the person who noted the order from resto
to kitchen.
Around 3 P.M. resto was closed and we started general cleaning
until 4.30 P.M. After that we took a rest for awhile and it was raining again
today. Maybe around 6 P.M. we oneline and there were few information from Mr. Ical
about the gathering on next Wednesday, and etc. After that we pray and we may
go home.
