Today, as usual we started at
8 A.M. Before we started we oneline in cold kitchen and supervisors checked our
grooming and toolbag then we pray. After that, supervisors explained about the
menu that we’ll prepare which is, rotation menu II.4 (Japanese food) :
1.
Okonomiyaki
2.
Miso soup
3.
Sushi
4.
Dorayaki
After explained, Mr. Ical came
in and he was so angry because last Friday, when general cleaning there were 13
people who didn’t come and I was one of them. So, as punishment, we had to
cleaned the whole kitchen from cold kitchen, main kitchen, pastry & bakery,
butcher, steward, and restroom plus we were not allowed to help preparing. So,
when the others started preparing, we started general cleaning. Half were
outside cleaning the yard and the rest, also me were in the cold kitchen and
cold kitchen as steward.
Around 11 A.M. supervisors
reviewed us one by one. 12.30 P.M. we took a break until 1 P.M. Then we oneline
again in cold kitchen and supervisors explained more about the Japanese food
and the cutting. 3 P.M. we started general cleaning. The “we” that I mean here
are that 13 people who got punishment including me, myself. Then there were few
in cold kitchen, pastry & bakery, butcher, restroom and most of us also me
in main kitchen. But after they finished in their section they helped us in
main kitchen.
4 P.M. we finished general cleaning
and we waited until 5 P.M. we
oneline and there were few information from Mr. Jaya. 6 P.M. we pray and we may
go home.
