What is up people? Now you’re reading
my blog and as usual i’ll share my activity in kitchen during practice. Today
we started at 8 A.M. And before we started, Mr. Ical collected our homework. We
had to translate “modernist cuisine at home” book from english to indonesia.
And we had to write it on paper not print it out.
After collecting our homework we
oneline in pastry because Mr. Ical would like to show us how to make croissant,
since we kept failed. So, we really pay attention cause we don’t wanna fail
again. While Mr. Ical kept his dough in freezer we started making the dough so
when Mr. Ical start first folding we also start our folding and so on. We kept
our dough in freezer, Mr. Ical started the first folding, and kept it in
freezer again.
And
we also started our first folding, kept it in freezer. And Mr. Ical started 2nd
folding but then he noticed something was wrong since the dough cracked. So Mr.
Ical asked us to make a new dough but this time make sure the dough is dull.
The new dough is ready, Mr. Ical continued the croissant but turned out the
dough wasn’t so good. So, we’ll continue again tomorrow.
