Hello readers! Back again in my blog,
and today as usual I’ll share my activity in kitchen. Since yesterday we’ve
done our croissant, we moved to next subject, tartlet. What is tartlet? From
what I’ve read tartlet is tart made from sugar dough but the difference between
tartlet and tart is that tartlet is the mini version of tart.
The steps isn’t too hard but Mr. Ical
wants the perfect tartlet from shape, colour, etc. So, we started to make
tartlet using recipe that we knew. Baked and turned out it wasn’t perfect so we
tried again. And still not perfect. Tartlet isn’t as simple as we thought duh.
And since we ran out of time so we’ll continue about tartlet next week. After
that, we started general cleaning.
