Hello people! Back again in my blog
and I’ll share my story in kitchen as usual. So, yesterday we failed again in
making croissant. So we’ll make croissant again and again. Today, we tried
recipe according to book and just like yesterday Mr. Ical showed us first and
then we did just like what he did. But today, not only croissant, we’ll also
make sour dough. Mr. Ical also showed us how to make sour dough. After showing,
we started making croissant and sour dough.
Entering second folding, again it’s
failed. But, luckily my sour dough turned out good. At 2 P.M. we took a break,
had lunch. After that, we continued baking our croissant and sour dough.
Finished baking we started general cleaning. Finished general cleaning, we
oneline and there were few information from Mr. Ical about our croissant and
sour dough, we’ll make again tomorrow.
