Hello! Now you’re reading my blog and
as usual i’ll share my activity to you guys. So, today my team still learning
about croissant again since we failed again yesterday and we had to run 6 times
but thank God today my senior who is expert about croissant came and he’d teach
us about making croissant. I feel a bit relieved since our croissant were
really hopeless these past 2 days.
At 9 A.M. my senior came and he
started making croissant and we really took attention to how he made it. And
also we asked a few question since i was curious what went wrong with our
croissant. Turned out it was our folding, temperature, and how we roll the
dough. He explained it really detail so we won’t do the same mistakes.
At 2 P.M. my senior croissant was
done, and we cut it into half to see the layer. The croissant was gooood but
need more proofing since he was in a rush he had afternoon shift. We continued
making our croissant and at 6 P.M. we baked the croissant. Finished baking, we
cut it into half feeling curious and pounding at the same time. If this one
failed again we have to run 9 times. But thank God it turned out better. We can
finally see the layer but it still not 100% perfect because we need more
proofing but the croissant not bad, and the best part is we don’t have to run
:)
